Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the content your organization submits and for ensuring that it has the rights and permissions needed for PrionIQ to process it.

Workspace content and outputs

Your organization retains its content. PrionIQ may process it to provide the service. Automated scoring, summaries and recommendations are decision-support outputs: review sources, assumptions and limitations before relying on them.

Integrations and acceptable use

Only connect systems you are authorized to access. Do not use PrionIQ to send spam, probe systems, evade plan limits, upload unlawful material, or interfere with the service or another organization.

Availability, fees and termination

Plans, usage allowances, fees and cancellation rights are shown at purchase or in an applicable order. We may suspend access for security, legal or serious acceptable-use reasons. On termination, content handling follows the applicable order and our retention schedule.
